South Australian ceramicist Stephen Bowers delights with an exhibition of new work, STEPHEN BOWERS: LARKS TONGUES IN ASPIC, showing at Lauraine Diggins Fine Art, 27 November - 18 December 2010. Featuring a selection of beautifully decorated chargers and other more quirky items including a series of skulls, with their play on 'bone china' and a surfboard, Boarder Lines which wittily looks at the issue of migration and refugees in Australia.

We are pleased to confirm that all three major political parties in Australia have now reached a consensus position to rule out the Cooper Report proposals to ban artworks from self managed superannuation funds. This is a great win however there is still an issue in regard to new standards for storing artworks to ensure there is no 'personal benefit'.
